Our primary focus is on equipping youth with the necessary skills and education to enter the mainstream job market. By providing career counseling, awareness sessions, and action plans tailored to their skills and aptitudes, we aim to help them secure jobs and improve their quality of life.
Parmi Foundation contributed to a project by the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, aimed at understanding and enhancing the resilience of district offices in dealing with pandemics.
